Creamy Mushroom Pasta - Vegan

The recipe is so simple that it can be done in under 30 minutes.

Its a dairy free recipe for those pasta lovers with lactose intolerance. It tastes really good and you wouldn't know the difference. Also , you can add some nutritional yeast flakes into the blender along with the cashews to get that cheesy flavor.


Preparation for making the pasta:

  1. Chop the Mushroom into thin slices.

  2. Finely Chop the garlic

  3. Finely chopped parsely

  4. One medium size onion finely chopped
