APPLE CINNAMON POCKETS

It's an easy to make dessert/snack with easily available ingredients. A crunchy and chewy recipe for the people of all ages. Top it off with a scoop of ice cream or just enjoy with some warm milk during a cozy weather.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium size Sweet and juicy Apple

  • 2 Tbsp | Butter

  • 1Tsp | Cinnamon Powder

  • 1 Tbsp | Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp | White Sugar

  • 8 Slices | White Bread or Brown Bread

  • 1 Beaten Egg

  • 1 Tbsp | Melted Butter


NOTES:

  • You can use any type of apples preferably the sweet ones.

  • You can replace the white bread with brown bread too but I guess the white one holds the shape more firmly.

  • Cinnamon sugar is nothing but 1Tsp of sugar and 1/2 a tsp of cinnamon powder mixed together.

  • You can substitute the white sugar with 1.25 Tbsp of brown sugar.

  • If you are diabetic just use 1 Tbsp of brown sugar instead of the sugars mentioned in the recipe.
